Schließe mir die Augen beide is a setting for high voice and piano of the poem by Theodor Storm (1817-88). It was composed for Katja Webb and first performed by Lucy Mervik at the Octagon Theatre, Western Australia. The text was chosen at the suggestion of Kathrin Leidig.

The Bargain was composed for Sitiveni Talei between 2006-2009, and in 2010 Mr Talei recorded the cycle with pianist Francis Greep, for a national broadcast by Australian Broadcasting Corporation.
